Fresh-N-Crunchy Vegetables Wrap

Main Ingredients

Frozen Fire™ Tortillas 4 Pieces
Red Bell Peppers (Capsicum) ¼ Cup
Yellow Zucchinis ¼ Cup
Carrots ¼ Cup
Cucumber ¼ Cup
Onion 1 Piece (50gm approx.)

Ingredients for the Yogurt Dip

Item Quantity
Hung Curd ¾ Cup
Raw Garlic 2 Cloves
Coriander Leaves 5 Springs
Black Pepper Powder ¼ Teaspoon
Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Take out the Frozen Fire™ frozen tortilla from its packet and keep them in a tray for half an hour to thaw before using it. Once the tortillas are thawed, then it is ready to use.
  2. To make the Fresh-N-Crunchy Vegetables Wraps, wash all the vegetables, and then and cut them in uniform sizes and keep them aside.
  3. Put yogurt, garlic, coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt to the jar of the mixer grinder, and grind everything into a paste.
  4. Take a clean bowl and toss the vegetables in it along with yogurt dip.
  5. Heat a skillet and warm the tortillas on either side one-by-one and keep them aside.
  6. Take a tortilla and place 2-3 tablespoons full of this vegetables filling in the middle of it, and then roll it into a wrap.

You may enjoy it with or without any additional dips. To give it an additional twist, you may spray hummus and put additional crunchy fresh lettuce with cucumber and then serve immediately.

Buffalo Chicken Wrap

Cooked and Shredded Chicken One and Half Cup
Buffalo Sauce ½ Cup
Shredded Lettuce 1 Cup
Shredded Carrots ½ Cup
Shredded Cheese ½ Cup
Ranch Dressing ⅛ Cup

Cooking Instructions

  1. Take out the Frozen Fire™ frozen tortilla from its packet and keep them in a tray for half an hour to thaw before using it. Once the tortillas are thawed, then it is ready to use.
  2. Put cooked chicken in a bowl and then pour Buffalo Sauce over it. Toss the chicken around in the bowl to get the pieces completely coated with the sauce.
  3. Place warmed Frozen Fire™ Tortilla on a plate and put half of the chicken mixture down at the middle of it.
  4. Top it with shredded lettuce, carrots, cheese and ranch dressing.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla in and then roll it to form a wrap.

Serve it fresh along with any additional dips or sauces.

Crunchy Chicken Wrap

Shredded Lettuce 1⅓ Cup
Diced Tomatoes ½ Cup
Diced Avocado 1 Piece
Shredded Cheddar Cheese ½ Cup
Shredded Cooked Chicken ½ Cup
Crushed Fritos 1 Cup

Ingredients for Sauce

Sour Cream ¾ Cup
Onion Tomato Salsa ¾ Cup
Taco Seasoning 1½ Tablespoon

Cooking Instructions

  1. Take out the Frozen Fire™ frozen tortilla from its packet and keep them in a tray for half an hour to thaw before using it. Once the tortillas are thawed, then it is ready to use.
  2. In a bowl, mix sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning together until the mixture is well blended.
  3. Lay a Frozen Fire™ Tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread one full tablespoon of sauce over half of the tortilla, leaving about an inch of border on each side.
  4. Sprinkle half a cup of lettuce, 2 tablespoons of tomato, ¼ of the avocado, 2 tablespoons of cheese, and ½ cup of chicken over the sauce.
  5. Crush ¼ cup of Fritos over the chicken.
  6. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of sauce over it.
  7. Fold the tortilla from one of its sides and roll it tightly.
  8. Repeat the same process with the remaining tortillas too.

Cut each of them in half and serve fresh along with some additional sauce, if required.

Ranch Club Turkey Bacon Wrap

Ranch Dressing 1 Cup
Thinly Sliced Turkey 1 Pound
Cooked Bacon 8 Slices
American Cheese 4 Slices
Assorted Lettuce ½ Cup
Tomato 8 Slices

Cooking Instructions

  1. Take out the Frozen Fire™ frozen tortilla from its packet and keep them in a tray for half an hour to thaw before using it. Once the tortillas are thawed, then it is ready to use.
  2. Lay all Frozen Fire™ Tortilla out on a clean flat surface.
  3. Spread 2 to 3 tablespoons of ranch dressing onto each of them.
  4. Top dress it with 4 slices of grilled chicken breasts.
  5. Top dress chicken slice with 2 slices of bacon and one slice of cheese.
  6. Add a little lettuce and tomato on top of it.
  7. Fold up from one end of tortilla over the fillings, and then fold up again burrito-style.
  8. Slice it in half.
  9. Repeat the same process with remaining tortillas.

Serve it fresh with additional sauces, if required.
